Most services are 100% refundable prior to 30 days before the service’s start date, less 20% for materials already purchased. Please refer to your contract for specific details on the coaching package you purchased.

Online courses, workshops, trainings, seminars, summits, and similar digital offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement with the purchaser.

Deavenport Technology does not guarantee specific coaching results. Success depends heavily on the individual’s engagement and their relationship with the coach and content.
